Jeremy Millar will talk about Swiss artist Roman Signer, whose work occupies a unique position in the history of modern sculpture.

Millar is an artist and Reader in Writing and Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art, where he is Head of Programme for Writing. In 1997 he curated the first UK exhibition of Roman Signer’s work, at The Photographer’s Gallery in London. He has written and spoken about Signer’s work on numerous occasions.

74 short films by Roman Signer, made between 1987 and 2019, are on show at CAST, until 31 October.
