CAST studio holders will open their doors to visitors for the first time since 2019. Many studio artists will be welcoming people into their spaces, including the team responsible for the new ceramic studio, Brickworks at CAST, which has its own entrance off Penrose Road, just a little further up the hill from the CAST’s main entrance.
Portraits of past and present studio holders by photographer Martin Howse are currently on display along the first floor corridors, and Jeremy Deller’s work will be screened on both days.
CAST Café will be open for normal service on Saturday. You are strongly advised to book in advance if you would like to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner that day. Takeaway cakes and coffees will also be available from 10am to 4pm.
