Ceramics with Rosanna Martin

In November 2022, the Saturday Art Club spent three sessions learning all about clay. Each session had a special focus: shape and form (hand-building); surface, texture and pattern; and throwing, extruding clay, slips and glazes. Artist and ceramicist Rosanna Martin, who ran CAST’s ceramics studio at the time, led the final session, showing the group how to use the potters wheel and giving each member a chance to try their hand at throwing their own pot.
