A successful crowd-funder in March 2015 enabled CAST to install a log burner in CAST Café, the communal meeting space that accommodates CAST’s programme of public events and activities. 140 individuals contributed to the campaign, A Hearth for Helston, while students and staff at Helston Community College organised cake sales and other fund-raising activities.
